Readings Terms of Service
By booking or purchasing a reading with Far Sight Medium ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Client") agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive a reading.
We reserve the right to request proof of age or refuse service if we suspect a client is under 18.
2. Nature of Service & Legal Disclaimer
Guidance & Insight: Readings are intended to offer intuitive guidance, comfort, and personal insight.
Legal & Entertainment Notice: In accordance with UK law, all spiritual mediumship and oracle card readings are provided for guidance, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only.
No Professional Advice: Readings do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own life choices and decisions.
3. Booking & Payment
All readings must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking.
Sessions take place via the agreed format (e.g., WhatsApp video call or email reading) at the designated date and time.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Notice Period
24-Hour Notice Required: You must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled reading time if you wish to cancel or reschedule your session.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, your session fee will be non-refundable, and you may be required to book a new appointment.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled WhatsApp video reading within 10 minutes of the start time without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Practitioner Cancellations: If we need to reschedule your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at your earliest convenience.
5. Confidentiality & Conduct
All private one-to-one readings are conducted in strict confidence.
We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately without a refund if a client exhibits abusive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior during a reading.
